Integrity

We believe that when we commit to a project, it is our responsibility to do it well. We do not cut corners, and we will take whatever time is needed to fully understand the project so we can do it well. Internally and externally.

Innovation

We create space to inspire innovation and ingenuity among our team. When we do, they exceed perceived limitations, explore all the options, and find the one that takes us the furthest, in the best way possible. We do not provide cookie-cutter solutions.

Perseverance

When working in development, it can be challenging to get past the frustration that arrives when multiple solutions have not worked to solve the problem. When we get stumped, we sit back, reset, and find a way through.

Culture

When working on technology-based projects, it’s easy to become isolated, which does not support creativity. We actively cultivate a culture of teamwork, so we can tackle bigger challenges, together! We understand that technology development can become an isolating career field. But we know that isolation does not breed innovation. We proactively cultivate a culture of teamwork that allows us to work together both internally and with our clients’ teams as well.

Community

We believe in being a valuable part of our community, beyond the impact we make on each other as a team. We also look for large and small ways to improve our community. We are ardent advocates who believe that it is our responsibility to be a positive impact in our community.

“When I started Core Innovations, a big piece of what inspired me was getting tired of watching projects that had real potential get sidelined for lack of communication. There were multiple projects that I was excited to see streamline and automate monotonous, repetitive, and time-wasting activities and therefore free up people to collaborate and create.
